Conference Day
The Conference Day kicks off at 8.30am, where you can meet the delegate decision makers during morning registration. Then throughout the day, you'll have numerous opportunities to speak with delegates, including morning and afternoon breaks, where refreshments are served in the exhibition room, as well as at lunch time, where a buffet lunch will also be served within the exhibition.

 

Awards Dinner 
Again this year Relocation Agent Network will be hosting a must-attend black tie Awards Dinner with celebrity host, Sue Perkins, which rewards the Network's successes.

This is the highlight of the year for Network members. So why not round off the day, by celebrating the Network’s achievements with us, at the Awards Dinner on the evening of Friday 17 November.

Getting There
The Park Plaza Riverbank has excellent rail and air links. Located near to Waterloo rail and underground station and Vauxhall rail and underground station, the venue’s location also offers direct links to Victoria, Kings Cross, St Pancras International, Euston and Paddington. Heathrow and London City airports are within easy reach via the underground and Gatwick can be reached using rail connections to Victoria. If you are planning to drive, the hotel does not have its own car park but there are car parks in close proximity to the Conference venue.

Conference App

 

A great user experience for delegates as they can keep up to date with Conference news including speakers, trade exhibitors and sponsors.

The app will be available to download from the moment a delegate books a place at the National Conference. This means that sponsors and exhibitors will have up to two months of promotion in the lead-up to the event.

 

A bespoke Partners Guide will also be included in the app, which houses all sponsor and exhibitor details, including contact information, company description and stand number.

 

You can also enhance your listing by upgrading to a Treasure Hunt stand. An Enhanced Listing in the Partners Guide means your company will have a 200 word editorial, links to your website, videos and any downloadable content you may choose to include, such as company literature.

3 metre x 2 metre stand = £3,200 +VAT (20 available)
4 metre x 2 metre stand = £3,950 +VAT (9 available)

All stands include two Day & Evening Awards Dinner tickets for exhibitors, extra exhibitor tickets can be purchased at £210+VAT per day extra ticket and £105 +VAT per extra evening ticket

All stands are allocated on a priority basis with Conference & Exhibition sponsors taking priority. Allocation will then follow on a first come first served basis.
