Our Best Agent Regional Awards are given to the Network's leading estate agents. The 'Best in Region' title will really set your business apart from local competitors. There are 16 categories: Central, Cheshire & North Wales, East Anglia & Essex, East Midlands, Greater London, North East, North West, Scotland, South Coast, South East, South Wales, South West, Thames Valley, Yorkshire, West, West Midlands.

Award Criteria
- Mystery Shopper. We are conducting a mystery shopper exercise with Sole Sponsor, Rightmove, as part of the submission process, which will really test your customer service skills and Local Expert status.

- Referral Performance Criteria. It’s not about your Referral League position. It’s about the improvements that your company has made on last year’s referral performance and your commitment to our online referral training programme.

- Network Participation & Support. Do you attend our regional meetings, complete our monthly surveys and actively promote your unique Network membership using either your own or our suite of marketing materials? If so, all will go towards your final points score.

The 2016 Employee of the Year will be announced during the Conference day in November, with the winning recipient receiving a prize worth up to &500 from award sponsor, TM training & development.

Award Criteria
This accolade seeks to recognise key members in your team. An individual who continually goes the extra mile. Someone who always delivers the very best customer service. As the award does not focus on what the nominee has done for Relocation Agent Network specifically, nominations are open to any deserving member of your team and should focus on what the individual has contributed to your business.

A great way to celebrate, join us for Relocation Agent Network's black tie evening Awards Dinner, hosted by comedian and actor Miles Jupp.

Celebrity Evening Host
Miles Jupp is a versatile comedian and actor. As a comedian he has appeared in a number of top comedy shows, including Have I Got News For you, Mock the Week and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow. As an actor, Miles first became known on British television as the inventor Archie, in the children’s television series Balamory. He has since played John Duggan in the political comedy The Thick Of It and Nigel in the BAFTA-winning BBC2 sitcom Rev starring Tom Hollander and Olivia Coleman. Miles has also contributed to a number of Radio 4 programmes such as The News Quiz, The Vote Now Show and Loose Ends, as well starring in his own radio series, Miles Jupp’s Real World (co-performed with Frankie Boyle). We look forward to welcoming Miles to this year’s black tie event.
