This year, we've introduced a number of fundamental changes to the Best Agent Regional Award criteria.

The Changes
- Mystery Shopper. We will now conduct a mystery shopper exercise as part of the submission process, which will really test your customer service skills and Local Expert status.

- Referral Performance Criteria. It’s not about your Referral League position. It’s about the improvements that your company has made on last year’s referral performance and the commitment your company has made to our online referral training programme.

- Network Participation & Support. Do you attend our regional meetings, complete our monthly survey and actively promote your unique Network membership using either your own or our suite of marketing materials? All will go towards your final points score.

What Does this Mean for Your Business?

We welcome entries from any member that has joined Relocation Agent Network from 1 May 2014.

Celebrity Evening Host
We are delighted to welcome Tim Vine, as this year’s Awards Dinner host. With up to 10 gags a minute, the speed, precision and relentlessness of Tim’s gag-telling has seen him break the world record for the most jokes told in an hour with 499 (to count, each joke had to get a laugh from the audience too). Tim was the co-star (and co-writer) of BBC1’s hit sitcom Not Going Out alongside fellow comedian Lee Mack. As a stand up, Tim has appeared on Live at the Apollo, the Royal Variety Show, and The Stand Up Show, and has been a guest on QI, Room 101 and Countdown. A huge live draw, he has had numerous sell-out tours, DVDs, a joke book and a ‘Bumper Book of Silliness’! Tim will be a fantastic addition to this year’s evening ceremony and we look forward to him joining us at our glittering black tie event.
