The annual Relocation Agent Network Conference on Friday 13 November 2015 is one of Europe's largest estate agency events. The exhibition is an integral part of the Conference for our members, giving them a prime opportunity to learn more about relevant products and services.

3m x 2m stand = &3,000 + VAT (20 available)

4m x 2m stand = &3,750 + VAT (10 available)

 

All stands include two Day & two Evening Awards Dinner tickets for exhibitors, extra exhibitor and evening tickets can be purchased at &199 +VAT per day extra ticket and &99 +VAT per extra evening ticket.

All stands are allocated on a priority basis with Conference sponsors taking priority. Allocation will then follow on a first come first served basis.

2015 Conference App

The app will be available to download from the moment a delegate books a place for the National Conference.This means that sponsors and exhibitors will have up to two months of promotion in the lead-up to the event.

A bespoke Partners Guide will also be included in the app, which houses all sponsor and exhibitor details, including contact information, company description and stand number.

Depending on the sponsorship package taken, you can gain from the following:

Rotating Banner Advert. To really catch the delegates' attention, have a rotating banner on the app's homepage. (Maximum of four sponsors)

Enhanced Listing. Enhanced listing in the Partners Guide means your company will have a 200 word editorial, links to your website, videos and any downloadable content you may choose to include, such as company literature.

Exhibition Treasure Hunt.  Delegates will be given a postcard which they then have to get stamped by the participating exhibitors at their stands.  Delegates will then be put into a draw to WIN an Apple Watch Sport.



Event Details

Conference Day 

The Conference Day kicks off at 8.30am, where you can meet the delegate decision makers during morning registration. Then throughout the day, you'll have numerous opportunities to speak with delegates, including morning and afternoon breaks, where refreshments are served in the exhibition room, as well as at lunch time, where a buffet lunch will also be served within the exhibition. 

Awards Dinner 

Again this year Relocation Agent Network will be hosting a must attend black tie Awards Dinner with celebrity host, which rewards the Network's successes.

This is the highlight of the year for Network members. So why not round off the day, by celebrating the Network’s achievements with us, at the Awards Dinner on the evening of Friday 13 November.
