The app will be available to download from the moment a delegate books a place for the National Conference.This means that sponsors and exhibitors will have up to two months of promotion in the lead-up to the event.

A bespoke Partners Guide will also be included in the app, which houses all sponsor and exhibitor details, including contact information, company description and stand number.

Depending on the sponsorship package taken, you can gain from the following:

>> Customised Display Screen. Be the very first company that our delegates see when they download the app. We can customise the display screen on initial loading. (Sole or platinum sponsors only)

>> Rotating Banner Advert. To really catch the delegates' attention, have a rotating banner on the app's homepage. (Maximum of four sponsors)

>> Enhanced Listing. Enhanced listing in the Partners Guide means your company will have a 200 word editorial, links to your website, videos and any downloadable content you may choose to include, such as company literature.

Conference Day 

The Conference Day kicks off at 8.30am, where you can meet the delegate decision makers during morning registration. Then throughout the day, you'll have numerous opportunities to speak with delegates, including morning and afternoon breaks, where refreshments are served in the exhibition room, as well as at lunch time, where a buffet lunch will also be served within the exhibition. 

Awards Dinner 

Again this year Relocation Agent Network will be hosting a must attend black tie Awards Dinner with celebrity host, which rewards the Network's successes.
